1. Who owns the rights to the photos?

I retain copyright of all images, but you receive a licence to use them for the purposes agreed in your booking — personal use, club marketing, social media, sponsorship submissions, or editorial use. Commercial licensing for advertising campaigns or third-party resale is available as a separate agreement.

2. Do you travel for shoots?

I sure do! I love to travel and will often be around the world as much as I can. I cover assignments across the UK and travel internationally for tournaments, destination courses, and commercial commissions. Travel within a set radius is included in standard pricing; further afield, travel and accommodation are quoted transparently upfront.

3. Do you Shoot tournaments, courses, or individual players?

All three. I cover competitive tournaments and corporate golf days (capturing action, presentations, and atmosphere), commercial course photography for clubs wanting marketing imagery of their layout and facilities, and individual sessions for players who want professional swing sequences, headshots, or lifestyle portraits for sponsorship and social media.

Pricing varies by the type and length of shoot, deliverables, and usage rights. Individual player sessions start from a fixed package rate, while course and tournament work is quoted bespoke based on scope. 6. 11. Do you offer video as well as photography?

Yes. Alongside stills, I produce short-form video content suited to social media (reels, swing clips, course flyovers) as well as longer promotional films for clubs, tournaments, and sponsored players. Video can be added to any photography package or booked as a standalone service.

7. What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

Golf photography often benefits from atmospheric conditions — mist, dramatic skies, and soft overcast light can produce stunning results. However, if conditions are genuinely unworkable (heavy rain, dangerous winds, or course closure), we'll reschedule at no extra cost to the next mutually available date.

8. Are you licensed with drones for aerial photography?

Yes. I hold the relevant CAA permissions to operate drones commercially in the UK and carry full public liability insurance. Aerial imagery is one of the most effective ways to showcase a course's layout, signature holes, and surrounding landscape, and it's available as part of any course commission.
